All of our waterfall tour packages provide a unique and wonderful experience, some vary in length of time and the type of waterfall that we will visiting. Costa Rica is world famous for having amazing waterfalls and you simply can not visit this beautiful country without first exploring one, if not several waterfalls.
Each waterfall tour package includes food, drinks, round trip transportation and a professional, bilingual guide.
The half day waterfall tour is from 8:00 a.m. ending around 1:00 p.m. During this fun adventure, we will take you to explore not 1 but 2 large Waterfalls with natural swimming wholes. These 2 Waterfalls are near Manuel Antonio, in fact the drive is only about 35 minutes which you will be traveling in one of our air conditioned vans. You will also get to walk through 2 hanging bridges and take some unique photos. There is very little walking involved during the half day waterfall excursion which makes it perfect for families and elders who wish to enjoy the waterfall without having to walk for a long time.
The 3/4 Day Waterfall tour is an action packed day where we visit one of the most famous waterfalls in Costa Rica called Nauyaca. For this waterfall, there is some walking involved, roughly a 30 minute hike to the waterfall where you will have to opportunity to spot a lot of wildlife such as toucans, iguanas, monkeys, and much more. Nauyaca is an impressive 2 story waterfall. There is swimming allowed on the lower part of the Waterfall with a 360 view of lush jungle.
We have the early departure time at 9:00 a.m. or the 12:00 p.m. The 3/4 day waterfall tour is roughly 6 hours.
The full day waterfall package gives you the chance to visit a waterfall in Uvita and in Portalon which are two nearby towns. The first waterfall is located in Portalon and it is rather small but it is a great place for kids and adults to swim and there are beautiful views all around.
The second waterfall is in Uvita and it is described as one of the most fun waterfalls to visit because it has a natural waterslide that goes right into the large pool of water. Right next to this waterfall in the same location there is a diving platform.
A lot of our guests enjoy both the waterslide and the diving platform, it makes for a great combination. Afterwards, we will drive to a local beach in Matapalo called Playa Linda where you will have time to take photos and enjoy the beautiful beach.
The departure time is 10:00 a.m. but we are flexible with this time, just call us or send us an email and let us know which time works best for you.
